(Shipping Policy - What orders qualify for free shipping? A: Orders over $75.00 and being shipped to US mainland addresses qualify for free FedEx Ground/Home shipping under 15 lbs. Unfortunately we're not able to offer this for International orders.) (What is your return/exchange policy? If you are not satisfied with your product you may return it to us for a refund or exchange if it meets these following guidelines: Item must be returned within 14 days from receiving your order. Must be in Original and perfect Factory Condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging. (How long before my order is processed and shipped out? A: When you place an order, we typically process and ship out your order in the same or next business day.
